It smelt like a pet store

I recently had my dog groomed here. It was his first time being groomed and the employee shaved all of my baby’s fur off expect for his head. Called me an hour later and said that they couldn’t finish him. Not too mention he had to open wounds afterwards. Never again will I take him back.

I did a curbside order today for two items; however one was out of stock(showed low stock online so I knew that was a possibility). I called the store and asked the girl if they had something else similar in size. She held it at the front until I arrived. Upon entering a guy greeted me and the girl was there ready for me. I really appreciate good customer service!

Amazing service!!! I took my two year old husky for his first grooming appointment. He was there for a bath and furminature brushing. He ended up having a very hard time with being dried off with the blow drier. I had called to check on him and they told me it would be a little while longer because they were having a hard time with him and he was being slightly aggressive. I waited about another hour and went to the store and told them not to worry about finishing because I did not want them to have to stress about it or them get hurt. They were so so sweet and said it was expected behavior for a husky and to not worry about it. The manager even voided the payment because his complete service was not finished. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service for pet and person!

My pup does really well at PetSmart they do a great job they do exactly what you ask them and then a little more. Very kind my dogs never afraid.
