AT&T Store

I went in to see about a problem with storage on my iPhone. Turns out it was an issue for Apple to fix. I ended up just upgrading my phone. I was never pressured into anything I didn’t want or need but was treated so nice. I didn’t get the assistant store managers name but he was very kind to help me first. Then a sales consultant Kiah took over from there. She was absolutely the best! She was so patient and very thorough! Y’all go see Kiah at Shelby AT&T!

Went into the store and was greeted as soon as i came in. Worked with Dion Cooper and he was amazing. He helped with everything. Would definitely recommend you guys to check out this store and go see him

I talked with Alana a store manager about a prepay phone and transferring my phone number from my Verizon acct.she was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I am 65 and told her I didn't know how to do any of that and she took the time to show me and explain what to do.waiting on a prepay LG phoenix 5 to come in.she explained what all the fees would be and told me she would call when it comes in because they were sold out of all prepay from Christmas.if I am satisfied with AT&T I will probally go to a plan and bundle my direct tv with it.I was stressed to have to go in and ask questions but she made the visit very comfortable for me.I look forward to seeing her again when the phone comes in.

Been trying to counsel service for a week now but they keep switching me to other offices.nI have cut my phone lines and their modem is on my front porch.nI will not pay any more on this account.nIt's so easy to get am account started but they make it very difficult to counsel.nSo I did it my self.nThe hell with at&t
