Very nice employees. My boyfriend took me to get my watch I wanted for Christmas. A little disappointed. The watch that I wanted that said it was available online at this location wasn't. As we proceeded to look over the watches we found another one that was similar the only thing was the one that I looked at was $135 on line, the new one what 395. That's a huge difference but thanks to my boyfriend and a wonderful employee I was able to get a 20% discount and get the beautiful Citizens watch that I wanted.

Very disappointed in this particular store. I had a nice purchase, but only 2 people I saw in the entire store to check customers. I saw one young person and ask him about it and he wasn't much help either. Said they were supposed to be other departments checking out.nI walked the entire store .nI just put my things down.nSorry this happened, I am an advid belks shopper.nLost my business that day.

Be careful buying gifts from Belk. Their new company policy prevents you from changing sizes without a receipt. Poor business practice for around Christmas. did offer .15cents for a $30.00 blouse. Get ready to say goodbye to Belk.
