Awesome store. Great prices. Came out of store with 3 pairs of shoes.
I went there looking foe a pair of Skechers, and work shoes. I found both in my size.
I came to this shoe store in hopes to find a work shoe to start a job. I was asking a simple question with a clean cut answer. I approached the worker ( that should know knowledge on the job and the job not just be a pay check ) on Jan. 2nd around 6pm and asked a question. “ if the same shoe is in men’s and women’s same work shoe why is it a different price?” I was told “ because one is men and one is women” my question was why. Not restating the same question I asked a different way. I have worked for shoe carnival and made the decision to leave that for a different job. ( I did not obtain the knowledge of why the shoes would be different prices in the short time I was there ) While working I was trained to know knowledge in all departments. The staff are horrible and need to be trained better. This location has lost service !
You can find your shoe size only if your under a size 16. In their store.
This store is ok, however the manager working on Thursday opening seamed to shame us for wearing a mask( State Ordered) she was not wearing one and proceeded to say she couldn't understand me due to the mask which if you were there you would know she was anti mask. Thank you for her not respecting customers
