wait time is 3 hours, couldn't even tell me who they referred me too, never get prescriptions done on time. I have changed doctors and its still bad. bad customer service up front.

In my 48 years this is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I got out the hospital October 25 at mediately started getting physical therapy my physical therapy relayed to the doctors office that they needed prescriptions for equipment that I had to have to be safe. By November 18 I still had no equipment so I called them they said to me that they did verbal orders to my physical therapist. I told them that the way my insurance works that they have to write scripts and send them into the pharmacy that has the equipmennFrom there I was told that they normally do not do that I explained again that my insurancennrequired that. They finally sent in the scraps but sent and the wrong equipment by this time my physical therapist has already called them twice in my presence so I know exactly what shensaid.She explain to them and even spelled out the proper equipment that I needed by this time it’s already December 7. I called them again yesterday and tried to speak with the office manager from there everything went downhill she was Told me that she listened to the physical therapist message and it did not specify the equipment from there I knew she was lying because I was in the presence of my physical therapist who left a very detailed message the office manager actually laughed at me and constantly was trying to interrupt me so today which is December 10 I still not have the proper equipment that I need to be safe people please please if you can find another doctors office to go to then do it the customer service is awful they are rude in myMy physical therapist said that obviously the person taking down the message was not paying attention she seem too busy to even take the call . I can avoid this doctors office again the customer service is terrible and they are very rude the only one time I saw Dr. Costner he did not listen he rushed me in a Repton me it’s just an awful awful place to go they probably don’t care about these reviews because they are one of the only doctors office in Kings Mountain that excepts Medicare and Medicaid they have so many patients they probably could care less that the ones they lose and may be a reason they are so rude and unfriendly they just don’t care of people

The staff is great but the wait time is terribly long you'll sit there forever

Dr. Costner has no personable bedside manners. I’ve never felt so belittled by a healthcare professional as I was today. I wouldn’t recommend him.

There customer service is rubbish. They expect you to check in over an app and ask you to wait to hear your name but say nothing about waiting inside. The process makes you believe you should wait outside as they give no directions other then to wait. The staff refuse to take responsibility but will admit to being incompetent saying they don’t understand how the very app they push people to use works. I seriously regret using their services.
