Atrium Health Cleveland Emergency Department

AWEFUL!!!nCost alot of money for no helpnto my health condition...Then lay in the roomnFor ever for a discharge I'm guessing so they can get as much money as they can get outta me...While it seems that many of the employees are having a BLAST In the hallways and talking loud and laughing....We're simply waiting for a discharge.....I've NEVER SEEN a hospital move so slow. Especially, an E.RnPATHETIC!!!No regard for the patient or the familynnNEVER BE BACK!!!

Great experience while been attended by medical and nurses, I can even say I was glad to be in a hospital, from arriving time to discharge, I want to thank to Dr Daniel Troha and the beautiful nurses Courtney and Cassie for taking very good care of me, they all were very careful handling my injuries, they were few more personnel, can’t remember or new their names. I highly recomend this hospital, too bad it’s too far from home, I will visit or even volunteer to work there. Thank you so much. Excellent job, keep it up!!!

My daughter was seen there for a kidney stone last night. They didn't process her pain meds properly. Considering she still a HUGE stone to expel... UNACCEPTABLE. We had to go back to the ER and pick up her RX after calling them 3 times today to rectify this. She has been in pain all day.

I would like to thank Tamara W. and the other nursing for taking good care of me
