Hi this is Glor Whitehead I a in Havelock at your store 497 I was waiting on by customer service rep Patricia .I happen to sit on the board call the mayor's association for disabled people in DurhamnNorth Carolina and I extremely enjoy the service that I got I did not have to explain that I was disabled . The service was great she went out of her way and constantly answer my questions even though they were repeated questions she had a great deal of patience . . .my visit in your store was extremely accessible I did not have to even acknowledge that I was disabled and she took great care of me

The associate John was so friendly. He added hotspot to my iPhone and even spoke to the cricket associate who took forever to resolve our issue. He repeated himself very patiently, I told him I would have hung up on her and canceled my plan.
