I would give these people 0 stars if i could . Last Friday i went to pick up cpap supplies and they gave me the wrong size and did not give me a mask either so when i got home i tried to put the part on and since my mask was old it torn the rubber so now i do not have a working mask so i called first thing monday morning before they opened and left a message with their operator to let me know if i could come at lunch and pick up the correct parts but i needed them to leave a message but i never heard from them and i went there at lunch and the lady said the cpap person had 48 hours to call me but yet they gave me the wrong part and not my mask either so why cant they just get it ready for me. So then i leave and they proceeded to call after i got back to work and because i have to have my ringer off i did not know they called till after the fact and they did not leave a message. I called back tuesday morning and i told them the same thing and i still have not heard from them. I will post a review everyday to i get my supplies and i will be speaking to a manger. I would say these people should be closed down!!!

I understand that everyone is taking more precautions due to Covid, especially with in the healthcare & healthcare supply fields which is why I called the office while I was still a few minutes out. The guy I spoke to on the phone did not tell me how they were doing things & I was left confused by the time I got to the door to pick up the supplies I needed for my mother. (I also called 2 days earlier about these supplies & the lady told me I could come pick up those supplies at the office with no problem!) So, I called again when I got to the door & was told someone would be right out & I have been waiting in their parking lot for 20 minutes now. Still waiting at the time I posted this....

This so called health care supply company is terrible I have been trying to get my CPAP supplies and a new machine for over a year and all I get is a run around. They tell me they will call me back and NEVER do. There in NO customer service at all!!!!

I've been using Lincare for several years. This has to be the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was lied to about my portable concentrater had to speak with the district manager after 4 months of the lies,, got it a few days later. I was never told that there was weekend/night emergency services. About a yr ago I struggled all weekend with no oxygen. I've had 5 or 6 concentrators I understand and know the sounds it makes when it about to stop working. So instead of sending someone out with a new concentrater they told me no one can come out until Monday,, it's Thursday. It makes no sense for me to stress all weekend worrying about when it's going to quit.

My husband is trying to get a new CPAP machine from this agency. It was ordered in June. Numerous phone calls to them with no return calls. Several call center staff were very rude and abrupt. Considering using another agency. Very poor customer service!!
