Most in professional place I've ever felt with will never go back and warm others not to go there

Tried to schedule a pickup for a piece of furniture to be taken out of an empty apartment. They refuse to come inside and expected me, at 5’1”, to move it out myself. I tried explaining that and they were so unhelpful and useless. Disappointing

We have purchased many items from here to furnish our studio. Great selection of furniture, doors, rugs, and items at reasonable prices. If you don't like the price, haggle. Someone is always willing to help you get the items to your car. Great service to the community. Two thumbs up!

Scheduled a pick up time. Verified it twice on the phone before hanging up. They were a no show. Tried calling for over 30 mins to speak with someone, only to be told that I had made the mistake on pickup date. NOT. Very poor communication and business professionalism. All after my husband took 1/2 day off to meet them! First and last experience.
