Bank of America (Drive-thru Service Only)

This USED to be a great location, however my experience seems to fit what everyone else has stated here. One person working a two lane drive through ? That person has zero personality or customer service skills, cars backed up in the road. So park and go inside ! One person working the counter. 12 people in line. Of course they can’t cash or deposit my check even though I have an account with more the enough to cover it because my wife is not with me ?? The manger seemed like she was about to walk out herself, couldn’t blame her. I will be banking somewhere else shortly.

I bank with Bank of America and I LOVE it! Whenever I would have an issue with my account or my cards, I would go in to see if they would help me resolve the issue. They always seem to have an answer to your problems and they are happy to help you every time. They take security very seriously with your accounts. I absolutely love it and I will never turn away from BOFA!

This USED to be a great bank and location but everyone should avoid at all cost now!! Drive-thru lines are constantly back out into the road. Plan on spending no less than 30 minutes in line. And apparently now they have “new updates” as they called them so if you plan on cashing a check, make sure you have an equal amount of money to cover those checks, even if they are checks you’ve cashed there for 10 years now.

Update google hours to reflect that you are closed on Saturdays. This is the only BOA in Hickory and driving across town to a closed bank is disappointing.

I always go thru drive thru. I deposit a money order into my grandson account. That's because they won't let me just use my debit card (which is a card with my social security money on it) to deposit the money. I have to buy a money order and then deposit. If everything was to go only online,, how does that work?
