The sales associate Josie who helped me was very nice. She seemed new and happy to help, but when another store associate, who appeared to be management stepped in to help things took a turn. Josie got my shoes then kindly suggested purchasing some socks to go with them. The other store associate gave me the run down on all the features of the socks, then left me to browse. When I went to check out with no socks this associate proceeds to tell me to come back when I have more money and by some socks. This is no way to speak to a customer! I just didn't want socks, that has nothing to do with whether I can afford them. This is very unwise business practice, you will not make money by assuming customers are broke when they don't want to buy an item. If I wanted socks I would have no financial issue with buying them.

This place is awesome my favorite employee is Aimee she is so awesome she saw how bad my skateboard was and gifted me one u guys should giver her a pay raise she is so cool

Every employee was really friendly and helpful. They also had some really good deals on shoes that were on sale! Needless to say I bought a pair! ud83dude02

I recently got a skateboard at Vans. The person there was helpful, let me customize it, gave me $30 dollars off of it and even built it for me.

Great people. Great service. Everyone was so nice and super helpful.
