Great experience! Visited back In June from Florida with my mother and sold us some nice Hides and gave some great advice! And they were so sweet to my daughter! Talked to her all about stones and gems! Then let her pick out a small one to take home!!! Really nice people!!

Bought my son a belt buckle they made him the belt for a custom fit. Has a 10 year warranty and with a teenager that is helpful. Customer service was great made him feel very comfortable and he was very happy when we left.

Drove 2 hrs to shop in store there website said open at 11 on sunday need to change web site found what i was looking for at another store cane to buy belt that was made there maybe ill check u out next time if your lucky

If you need a quality leather belt, Paul Taylor is the place to buy it. I bought a belt from PT several years ago. After loosing 45 pounds last year, I took my PT belt in to be shortened. They not only shorted the belt, but replaced the buckle, and, to my happy surprise, handed it back to me at no charge as good as new--because that's how they do business. The people at PT understand and value customer relationships. They back up their product with care and craftsmanship in a retail world of that is short on both. I may no longer have those 45 pounds, but I still have my terrific Paul Taylor belt (only shorter).
