I've always preferred this Petco to all others in the area, but they went above and beyond for me today. My dog is so skiddish and afraid of everything, especially going to new places, being in the car, and being around lots of people so we always try to make his grooming appointments early as we can. When I made the appointment about a week ago, the Petco on Merrimon didn't have any open appointments so I made an appointment at the one on Brevard rd. We showed up with our pup on time and as planned, and were informed at the door that their groomer was out. This was after a 35 minute drive just to get there. No one had called to tell us nor did they call in the morning to make sure we had gotten a call, which we didn't. Of course things happen so I tried to be understanding. We called Petco on Merrimon and told them what happened and the kindest lady, I believe her name was Laura, was able to squeeze us in! They've always treated my animals so well and they do great with Beau, despite him being scared of everything. So thankful they were able to help us today!

We love Petco. Always went to the location in Aiken, SC, now just need one in the Johnson City, TN area.
