I love Dr. Plaut and his staff. They've always been so nice and attentive to my needs. I've spoken to Marsha and Cathy before and they have always been so kind; super helpful, genuine and competent. Dr. Plaut has a great personality and I feel like he is always truly listening. I recommend anyone to go to him for primary care needs.

Always fast and friendly. Easiest mammogram process I've been through.

I did a walk in to get an x-ray for a telemedicine appointment with an order from the doctor. I specified that the images needed to be sent to the doctor. No images were sent. It turned into a huge hassle with the hospital bureaucracy to get the images sent (late). I don't recommend this facility.

Wish I could give 0 stars but it's not an option. Been waiting on results from a test over a week now. It doesn't take more than an hour or so for a radiologist to look at a test and make a report. How long does it actually take for someone to fax the results to the appropriate doctor's office? Someone is not doing their job!

I understand that scans are very time-consuming and schedules are prone to changes but a 2 hour wait for a 10 minute scan is ridiculous. Otherwise, the staff is extremely friendly.
