I am always taken care of when I go to the cell phone office or give them a call. Everyone is always so nice and professional.
Every time I have called, the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Sometimes they can be difficult to get a hold of during peak business hours but that is normal for most businesses. I ordered a new phone on Monday and it was literally overnighted to me and I live in Florida. Transferring service was extremely easy and the whole process is streamlined, despite COVID-19 restrictions.
The BYU Cell phone office has always been extremely helpful for me! They are quick to respond to emails and reply with good information. The last time I went into the office, it was really clean and the person I worked with was really helpful! The other thing I really appreciated is that they were efficient. I told him why I was there, he took care of what I needed and got me out of there in a good amount of time.
It has been a frustrating couple of months trying to get my son’s phone to work. We switched from Sprint to AT&T and three of us purchased new phones but I transferred my old phone to my son. The phone calls and text worked but we were never able to get the data working. We had called several times and were told that the phone was unlocked and should work, however until today we still had no data. I spoke with Emma at the BYU Cell Phone office yesterday and she was amazing!! She was finally able to figure out that the phone was not unlocked. I went into the office this morning and she was able to help us get it corrected and working. I really appreciate her kindness, patience and willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Although the overall experience was frustrating she ended my experience on a positive note. Thank you!!
Sam Robertson is The MAN!!! He was so helpful and kind. I had to switch providers, transfer phone numbers to other phones and add a phone line. He was fast and knowledgeable. Best cell phone service I’ve ever had!!! I won’t go anywhere, but BYU for my cell phone needs. If you go ask for my man Sam!!
