This place is amazing. The food is delicious and nowhere near “ordinary”. The staff is very knowledgeable. The bar manager Emily was top notch!! She knew her stuff and made absolutely perfect rum recommendations! Will Definately be back!!
Outstanding! My wife and I went for appetizers and cocktail. Beer cheese fries with pork bellies was great. Now for the highlight. COCKTAILS were awesome. The red haired lady ( apologize I didn't get her name) makes very balanced cocktails. After a great bees knees I described what I liked and she made me a great cocktail. Exceptional. We ordered the shrimp & grits and gator & waffles, and they were among the best dishes we've ever had. Very generous portions that made our meal worth every penny. Great drink selection as well - not just rum to choose from. Romantic atmosphere perfect for date night and close to the best Asheville breweries. We wish we could live closer so we could make this a regular spot. Do not hesitate - this restaurant is a must.
First bar/restaurant we hit. Got tempura cauliflower and the Devis Oasis #3. Great vibes and good staff. Check it out.
I have eaten at Storm Rhum Bar twice now and it is the greatest place I have ever eaten. I just moved here a few months ago, I have traveled America and some of Europe and eaten at some of the best restaurants but this place is beyond amazing food. I just finished my fried alligator and waffles and I have never been more happy. Truly a gem with a great variety of drinks and they are plenty strong. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know. Please if you want the best food and best service, go to Storm Rhum Bar.
