My favorite brewery in Asheville!!! Loving the AOB stout and Wit right now. But the Community Porter is really is hard to beat. That's why we have to plan to stay a while when we go. The food trucks are all very good. Tin Can Pizza is the best pizza around! Even our dog loves the Wedge, both locations!!

Arrived on a chilly post Thanksgiving Friday evening, due to Corona, and abundance of caution by the owners, the tap room was closed for indoor seating. Everyone that wanted to taste or enjoy one of their beers was forced to sit outside. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, they were thoughtful enough to put patio heaters outside, except only one was functional. We asked a staff member if they would change the gas in the other and he said sure... then proceeded to chat with a friend for the next half hour. I’d call that top tier customer service (sarcasm). Now on to the beer, honestly, the beer selection was average and the beer itself was average or slightly better. No frills, standard beer styles filled the menu, with no real unique beers. In an area full of breweries, you would think that they would be a bit more innovative, especially since with the fellow breweries they are sharing the culture with. Overall, the visit was less than average, and in reality I will not visit them again, especially with much better options aplenty within 5 miles or less.

Always a great time at the wedge! The staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. The wedge as a company is looking out for our safety and is always professional. They make the best beer (and have the peanuts if you know who to ask) on the east coast! We (the wedgeulars pictured) have been coming to the wedge since the first day the wedge opened. We will continue to patronize the wedge and love the crew! They work their butts off! Cheers!

Best spectrum of beer in Asheville. Beer not hiding behind fruit or herbs, or peanut butter and jelly.nGreat outdoor space, as well as indoor space.nOrder your Twelve Bones on the phone while you hoist a beer, and pick it up next door to go and carry the meals back to your table of friends.

Great beer, great staff and plenty of outdoor space. Have been great during Covid.
