Always a great experience. Even with the current viral restrictions, they have the setup nicely spaced, excellent ventilation and circulation. Great selection of cigars, comfortable environment close to tasty food and shopping for the ladies. I have been a patron prior to covid which their bourbon selection is pristine and served by knowledgeable staff, and post covid where alcohol is temporarily restricted due to NC state mandates, and both situations are always an enjoyable experience.
Good quality and knowledgeable! Told them what I was drinking and recommended the prefect cigar to go with my bourbon. Only recommendation I have is a better filtration system. I will go back though!
Had a great experience during this years visit to Casablanca Cigar Bar. Sam had excellent customer service skills and made my girlfriend and I feel right at home. He helped me pick out some fantastic cigars for myself and a friend. Thankful for our visit on Christmas Day, we will be back!
Stopped on the way back from mountains. Seems a little uppity at first look.....But you got to consider their market. Guy behind the counter was top shelf and all the sticks were we'll preserved in their humidor. Knowledgeable staff. Great humidor... Great selection top to bottom. A little hard to find and park but worth a trip in. Thank you
Love the place I drive 50 minutes from Jonesborough TN to enjoy the environment and the great selection of cigars. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars
