Be forewarned, you'll be walking into a Hotel check-in just stroll on past and grab a seat because this is worth the stop. We had the sprouts and truffle fries to start and each tried the special for the day; a black and bleu burger cooked to a perfect med and the chicken and waffle tacos. Do NOT miss out on Chef John's Mac and cheese!!!! It is a love letter to everything Mac and cheese should be. The cheesy grits were also done exceptionally well. An unassuming start in an unexpected location turned into an absolute delectable delight of an afternoon. Jennifer was a gracious and attentive server, and even brought Chef out for us to directly commend. There is nothing to complain or critique at Azalea, they have got the right mix of it all... I can only imagine you may outgrow this space soon! ☺ufe0f

Food was good. Service needs work. Attentive, but just needs some training as to how to take an order and listen to the patrons. This is a small place with maybe 10 tables. High hat lighting so little ambiance but you can’t see your food which is nice. They have a full bar but the bartender is not that experienced so you need to be really clear about what you want or order from the drink menu. The food itself was good and it came out quickly. Everything is on paper or aluminum containers so tons of waste if you care about the environment.

Bartender was so sweet and funny! Some opportunity for improvement in ambiance as restaurant is in the lobby of a hotel. Kitchen staff were smoking outside main entrance, bit of a turn off to see that as a first impression. Food was fine, nothing remarkable.

Stayed at the attached condos after touring Biltmore. Family was really hungry and we just needed dinner before bed. The decor is a bit unassuming, but the service and food were out of this world! Plenty of good vegetarian options for my oldest daughter. The best chicken sandwich my wife has ever had. A beautiful bowl of potato soup for my daughters friend, and a glorious plate of shrimp and grits for me. Everything was presented beautifully and we were not expecting this basically 5 star meal and are eagerly looking forward to breakfast this morning, before we have to leave. I would highly recommend giving Azalea a try. You will not be disappointed in the food!

Holy. Cow. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. First of all, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never met a more friendly waitress in my life! Props to Jennifer, you made our meal a million times more enjoyable than it already was! And the food. It was so, so, so, SO FRESH! You just have to taste it to see. They even said they couldn't make one of their drinks because the mint wasn't fresh enough! If that's not high quality, I don't know what to tell you. And the taste!! Every single thing there was so remarkable I cant even start to describe it. The portions were also perfect. Large enough to fill you but not too big that you have to get a bunch of to go boxes. And I'll say it again- our waitress (her name was Jennifer) was just so sweet and kind towards all of us and even stopped to chat multiple times. Sadly we couldn't stay to eat here again but we totally would have. Go here, it is so worth it. And most importantly: yes, the menu looks small. Yes, the building may look a little plain. But this is too good of an example to never judge a book by its cover because this is a HIDDEN GEM!
