TD Bank

They didn’t have a manager that works at this location, highest employee was the cashier. She would repeatedly unclear checks that had clear(and did again) and then tell me how lucky I am that she didn’t put fees on the money I had used. Still to this day they can’t even cash checks(at a 10$ fee) written from their bank. I would never advise anyone use this bank or this location. Completely terrible service for over 6yrs

I went in to take out a business loan awhile ago. The manager of the branch had me sign all the paperwork but insisted I didn't put a date on anything. I thought that was strange. I wait to hear an answer. I call and leave a message for the branch manager not once but twice, and my calls were never returned. Never heard an answer one way or another.nThe bank I ended up choosing granted me the loan within 48 hours and has been paid in full already.

This has to be the worst TDBank location. Every teller is rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, and insulting. Because of the above I have closed my account. If I could give no stars I would.

This is a terrible bank. There is absolutely no option to have them deny automatic payments. So if you have insufficient funds expect the automatic payment to take out and get charged an overdraft fee. If it stopped there it would be understandable, but no..... Payment is returned (overdraft is not), and then the automatic payment will try to go through a SECOND time and you will get charged a SECOND over draft fee. and this can happen up to 5 times a day and there is no way to stop it.nnHOW NICE, and the people at the bank are so great they don't help at all because they cant. I've had countless problems with TD this is just the cherry on top.

This has happened multiple times now, I've had money in my account one day, and not spend a dime then check my account the next day and it will be in the negatives, and double charged overdraft fees so now it's overdrawn by 89 dollars.
