This local branch used to be very courteous and have a friendly home town feel. But in the past 2 years, they've lost any sense of courtesy & the tension on the phone is even worse. They are rude now, indifferent if you have difficulties & multiple times while sitting at desks speaking with loan officers & or managers, they give canned responses & are emotionless. So disappointed with the organization as a whole in such a brief time.

I & mom only all times go bank. That's nice bank and have 3 floors of loans, office and bank. At Biltmore village.
