Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Came in because BoA was holding my check I deposited from a dealership for 2 weeks for no good reason even after being with them for 10 years. Ryan said he would help me get this issue resolved ASAP but as soon as I left neither the dealerships bank nor I could get ahold of him for a week, I left multiple messages. Had to wait the full 2 weeks, but he was very quick to offer me account membership upgrades. Not happy at all.

I've experienced some of the most professional employees every visit. No long wait lines. All are very courteous.

Completely unhelpful, a disgrace I can’t imagine how these people stand business insulting and unprofessional

Tried to open up an estate account for my mom who passed away and these people made every step more difficult for me. The same documents that Wells Fargo, Capital One, DiTech and Mr. Cooper accepted were not good enough for them.
