If you’re looking to have a atv, motorcycle, or side by side repaired STAY AWAY from this place. I dropped off my atv to have repairs done. I was told it would be done by the end of the week. (First lie). After 2 weeks I called to check on it. Was told they had gotten behind and it hadn’t been looked at yet. Week 3 I called & checked again. Said they were still behind and had not gotten to it yet. Week 4 I called again. Was given an excuse the mechanic had personal issues going on and had not looked at it. Would have been nice if they had called to let me know this information. I went to go pick it up after it had been there for a month. When I arrived the owner tried to give me an excuse that he couldn’t get parts for it. (Another lie). They had never pulled it in the shop to look at it. It was parked in the exact spot that I had left it. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen some pretty bad places. Like I said, STAY AWAY and save yourself the trouble like I had.

This man doesn’t keep his word. He told me he would order a back windshield for me as part of a warranty issue. I said fine. I’ll be in to pick it up when I’m up that way and pay the balance. He said that’s fine. I came up after several weeks and then he says as soon as I pay for it he will order it. He never planned to order the part. He was just hoping I would go away. I have my own business and I would never dream of lying to customer. You can’t treat customers this way and get away with it too long. I feel pretty sure that this fellow won’t be in business too much longer.

Bad reviews aside, thought it wouldn't be a big deal to pick up a uhaul truck and trailer here. WRONG. Avoid avoid avoid.nnMan at check in could barely use the computer, a 5 minute process took 40 minutes. The truck had trash in it and the tires and floor are caked in mud, which later fell off in our driveway while packing up. Fine whatever. We go load it up.nnCome back to get the car transport trailer, hook it up without assistance, and none offered. Pulling out we notice one of the trailer tires is flat. Go in and ask a different man what to do (the owner). He says pull around back and the first man will fill it up.nnWe pull around to the shop side and wait 10 minutes for the man to get back to property. His air hose isnt long enough. Have to drive out on the main road to get a 26ft truck plus trailer turned around. Another 15 minutes later the tire is finally full....and hissing leaking air.nnPull around to the front again and spend another 30 minutes unhooking the bad one and getting the replacement on. At least the owner helped this time.nnAll in all, an hour spent standing out in the windy freezing cold to fix a faulty trailer with begrudging assistance.nnMoving is hard enough without people who can't do their jobs right.

High Country Dealership is not honest in their business practices. When a problem arises with their equipment, they refuse to acknowledge their fault, refuse to discuss the issues with the customer, then, bring in an attorney from Florida to send threatening and disparaging emails to the customer. They do not understand ethics nor customer service. Be smart and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Not surprised with these bad ratings. I took in a Kazuma 250cc ATV (admittedly not a major brand) to get repaired. After I gave the nice clerk all my information, the owner saw it and said he couldn't help me because he was unfamiliar with it and to maybe come back in November when it was less busy. Seriously!? Not even an offer for a call back if they have time to look at it? If you're booked up until November you're mismanaging your business. I have a feeling he just wanted me to go away. I was having this ATV fixed so I can sell it (among other toys) and make room for a new 4 seater UTV, which I am currently in the market for. Take a guess where I will not be buying from.
