Jessica was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with her customer service. She went the extra mile to help me. She is the best!

I'm personally not a huge fan of Carolina West as a company, but the staff at this store was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even got me a discount on a case and screen protector for my device. I'll be coming to this store for any of my needs.
