It was really busy since it was a weekend, and basketball playoffs. But they were really nice, friendly, and served you the best they could. The wings were really good and I can't wait to go back for some more good wings.
The waiter, Aiden, was a delight. The food was great and plentiful. My wife says the platinum margarita was the best she has had.
The food is good, but a tad pricey. The staff is friendly for the most part aside from one or 2 rude waitresses. They even have cauliflower wings, which I was really excited about!!
I’ve been to this location three times, and have received the worst service then I have anywhere in my entire 40 years of life. The most recent occasion, we had not received our drinks 52 minutes after ordering them. And 40 minutes after we ordered our food or waiter has still not turned in our order. I honestly can’t count on one hand how many times my family and I have had awful experiences at this Buffalo Wild Wings. However, I’m going to recount my most recent experience to spell out just how bad this location is. We were not addressed by a waitress for 8 minutes. We were not served food for another hour. They were fresh out of Sprite, Coke and Diet Coke, cheese curds, and I’m sure other items we did not order. They were clearly understaffed, mismanaged, and overwhelmed for the entire 2 hours we were there. The food was not nearly worth the wait, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sit through this experience.
