I stopped in for lunch today even though I'd seen a number of low reviews. I ordered some mozzarella sticks and the three cheese chicken penne. The service was excellent overall. The food was another story though.nnThe mozzarella sticks came out in a small pool of grease. I know they're fried but would it be too much to ask to put a napkin on the plate first?nnThe pasta was very bland except for the bites where I got a mouth full of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. The chicken was also rather flavorless and extremely dry, to the point where it would just break up when I tried to pick it up with a fork.nnThe raspberry sweet tea I had with my meal was delicious though. So maybe this location is better for drinks than food?

I'm being generous with 2 stars. I tried this place twice. The first time I ordered a sirloin cooked medium I received rare. Ok mistakes happen.nnThe last time though. I ordered online for to go. I even went grocery shopping first. When I arrived the food wasn't ready. Okay, I'll be patient I had nothing better to do. I had ordered a sirloin like last time, cooked medium.nnWhat I received, y'all when I say they gave me a charred piece of flank steak. I saw red. So yeah, don't go here.
I can't even begin to describe how bad this one in Senatobia is. Our waitress approached us without a pad to take our order. One of our kids had ordered wings, that we had to constantly remind our waitress of. At one point she even said we hadn't ordered them. Food wasn't that good on top of all that. We've decided not to go back. I would of rated it 0 stars but that wasn't a choice. If they decide to step up their game , maybe in the future I'd may give them another shot.
First I had to get someone's attention before they sat is, we walked in and wasn't even greeted and then waited for least 15 min before I asked someone if we were gonna be sat. Their excuse was they was cleaning tables and busy, there was like 10 tables in the whole restaurant. Then it took at least 20 min to get our drink order and our drinks. They took our food order but the steak was not cooked right, our to go dessert wasn't exactly what we ordered and was cold. It was supposed to be warm... I had no idea who my server was bc one person took our drink order, another person took our food order and then a different person brought us our food. Other than that there was no checking on us at all. It was a experience I never want to try again.
