Would give it a 0 star if available option. We arrived at 635pm. Waitress ignored us for quite some time. Didn't get my drinks correctly. Had to get our own silverware, napkins and straw. She finally took our order at 735. Ordered chicken fajitas 3 for 10$ rewards that was emailed to me. Food came out at 745pm. Beans and rice were dehydrated and tasted horrible. Boat was missing guacamole. Restaurant manager refuse to honor chili's reward chicken fajitas special. Showed him my e-mail that chili's sent me. Argued that price was only available during lunch shift. Charged the bill wrong. Will file a complaint with corporate. AND never come back to this location again.

Our waitress was running trying to do everything! She apologized several times for our wait, and the lack of items. There were Several other girls there but they were walking around, cleaning a table here and there, or seating people. We had to ask for drinks, silverware, and ask repeatedly for someone to take our order. When we asked for napkins we were they were out! We were finally given a roll of paper towels they had been using to clean tables. A couple of tables that were seated finally got up and left. We thought about it but had already spent enough time we figured we'd stay. Salads were not cold, my dressing was warm. Food was okay when we received it but we Will Not go to Chili's again. This is Not the first bad experience we have had with a Chili's restaurant. They seem to be understaffed, slow, and poorly managed.

Ordered to go. The southwest egg rolls were not cooked all the way and weren't even cut in halves. Ribs were nice and tender but veggie sides weren't edible.. Kids pizza was a little lip and barely warm. However kids mashed potatoes were gross. My son, who usually scarfs mashed potatoes down, spit them out gagging. My shrimp tex mex bowl was barely warm. Wont be ordering from here again.

Visit was great! We got sat quickly and the server knew her stuff and was very friendly. We got our food as quickly as possible and the food was so good and hot.
