The food was dry and overcooked. The bathroom was not very clean. The staff were very friendly with guests that they knew, but not with others. Worst of all, the manager had a loud personal conversation with one of the guests in which she said “I don’t like people with white skin.” As a Caucasian individual, I don’t feel comfortable eating at a place where I am unwelcome because of my genetics. I won’t be coming back.

Best Jack's I've eaten at in a while. Fresh chicken and fries. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Most of the time I eat at jacks I injoy the food but this morning I seen something that they were having done in the parking lot that should have been done after closing. They were blowing off the parking lot and dirt and gravel were getting on the vehicles

We went in for our first time at Jacks in Columbus, MS and waited 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. We were the only guests in there. One worker was sitting at a table looking at her phone and saw us walk in and another worker walked from behind the back and looked at us and then turned back around. We asked if they were closed and they were not. We will not be stopping there again. We just walked out without ever being acknowledged.

Terrible meal delivered via a third party delivery service so thankfully I got some of my money back. I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich meal which comes with one juicy chicken fillet topped with shredded lettuce, fresh tomato and mayo on a toasted premium artisan bun ~ per their website. I added onion and pickle to mine. I received a very cold, old and cardboard tough Crispy chicken sandwich with ONLY pickle and onion on it. It was inedible, even after I tried to revive it in the microwave.nnI was in town on business and had never heard of this chain before and needing to rely on third party delivery services to bring my food, I decided this should be a simple, quick meal. It's rare that I get something this awful by blindly ordering online during my frequent travels for work.
