Horrible experience! I have never eaten at this Applebee's and apparently will never be able to because I will not go back after this experience. We had a group of 7 so there was going to be a 35 minute wait. We asked if we could sit at the bar and they said we could. Once seated at the bar, we saw tables that we could have sat at, one in which was being used by one single employee, who looked to be doing paperwork. She was taking up an entire table that we could have sat at. We finally asked for a table that was big enough for us and the girl at the bar said we could move so we did. After we moved, we got dirty looks from the hostess and the woman who was taking up the table we could have sat at. No one came to greet us, offer to take our order, or anything. We had drinks from the bar. We had to leave our money on the table because no one seemed to care that we were there. We ended up leaving and going to Mugshots and spent $200. No one even cared that we were walking out.

As an African American couple we experienced a bit of racial profiling from a white waitress. She assumed that we didn't have any money and continued to push the cheap menu on us. We felt very disrespected and reported this incident to the manager.

Went here on February 23 for dinner, and there was a hair in my mac n cheese. It was a shorter brown hair. I have short bleach blonde hair, and my girlfriend has long, curly brown hair. We asked for the manager, and he came out and was making it out to seem like we put the hair in the food. The server, Skyler, was very friendly and understanding of the situation. She’s the only reason I’m rating it two stars.

Went for birthday dinner with my mother and had to download the menu. Not good if you don't have a phone or if you are elderly. One menu for the whole restaurant. Won't go back. Thanks but no thanks.
