Service is poor and the manager is horrible!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! We arrived at the restaurant behind schedule due to issues with a party that decided to no longer participate. We sat at our table for 1hr 1/2! With just bread and water!! Then when the food was served it was cold! We asked to speak to the manager about the issues we had and he immediately went down the route of blaming us for arriving late and lied in our faces saying the food was out in 20 minutes!!! He had ZERO soft customer service skills and ZERO managerial skills! Never speak poorly to your customers! Always try to accommodate as much as possible! ( I’ve been in CS FOR 15yrs!)Will never give this place business ever again and it’s a shame because I know our waitress was doing all she could!

Remember those family gatherings where we all sat down to eat surrounded by western aesthetic and delicious food? Well at LongHorn Steakhouse of Columbus, MS, that dream seems to have faded away. At around 2:30pm, the restaurant looked like a ghost town. We were sat in the back corner. I ordered a medium New York strip and a baked potato. When the order came, the steak was cooked WELL DONE and came with fries. I told the waiter, and she immediately brought me a baked potato. After waiting a good while, I received my replacement steak, only to find it was cooked to well done as well. I was very upset with the service, food quality, and lack of interest in fixing this mistake. I guess those childhood dreams can't last forever... We will not be dining here ever again. 2/5 stars for the waiter, but that is all. ** also to add, the steak pictured below is the REPLACEMENT steak. I mean come on!
Not a bad place for steak. Only been one time but the food was tasty. The steaks were undercooked, but that’s ok for me. The stuffed mushrooms were great.
Service was typical for lunch. The waitress was upbeat and attentive. Nice atmosphere and great drinks. I would definitely recommend the Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
