This restaurant has always been one of my favorites, but watching Chef Beth handle this pandemic has made it particularly special. She has chosen to create every menu with seasonal and local food in mind in order to drive our own local economy and decrease food waste. Every meal is thoughtfully curated and prepared and there is talent and creativity blended perfectly in each dish. As someone who has been a waitress before, I am so thankful to see how she cares for her team and puts their well-being, health, and safety as a top priority. Proud and thankful that The Friendly City has this treasure.

A favorite! Delicious! Variety! Amazing flexibility in difficult times! Creative! Quality!

This is not the place it once was.nIt’s like a bad episode of kitchen nightmares.nIt’s uncomfortable and the food is not worth the time and money.nSomewhere they must have taken a wrong turn.nIt’s probably some attitude/personality issues that causes this kind of degradation of a once great Restaurant.

Had a wonderful meal. The food was outstanding with high quality ingredients. They source as much food as they locally. The staff are friendly, courteous, helpful. We will definitely return.

If you are looking for a good restaurant to go to, think twice before going to this one. Find another place to go. We thought it unusual the place was so empty on a Saturday night. We ended up there because Harvey's was completely booked. I've eaten shrimp and grits many times, however, this time it was much too spicy. For the first time in my life, a manager refused to replace it with another selection. I was informed by the manager I would have to pay for the dish I was unable to eat. This is not what a good restaurant does. Also, the only time in my life, I was sad to call myself a Mississippian! Not the southern hospitality you would expect.
