I order new flavor of wings that I had never tried, upon request from a employee. I tell you they were so good. Very spicy and oh my delicious!!! I plan to order more of those for sure. My server was a wonderful woman. I do believe she's a Ms. Taylor. She served me at the bar. Great conversation and knows her product very well. Its not easy for me to be super satisfied with service. Yet I was when I finished due to her. You must go and enjoy great customer service that knows their product at the bar. Thank you very much!
Very nice restaurant. They were pretty busy so we were fine with the wait for food and our check. They checked on us often, asking us if we needed anything. Very friendly and nice staff. We will be back!
The only reason I am giving a single star is because the food was fire. Literally my mouth was on fire because my waitress Sherie never brought my sweet tea. She stay at the ONE other table she had unprofessionally touching on and taking pictures with the people sitting at it. Also, she was very rude when she finally came over to bring our check. Sherie needs to get the can
This was one of the worst experiences we have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The Columbus, MS location is a joke. Husband tried to order three different beers which were not available. Food took a long time to receive. Bone-in wings came out cold. Ordered a side of Buffalo sauce and blue cheese, didn't get. Got Ranch instead and was given dry buffalo seasoning. No attention was paid to the drinks on the table so we had to ask for them and then it took a while to receive them which was much needed while eating hot wings. Don't waste your time with this place.
My experience at this restaurant was awful. The service was not good at all. Sherri was fraternizing and touching the customer at the only other table in her section. The one star is for the food and the food only. This dirty mistress didn’t receive a tip but at the looks from the other table, she will definitely get one later tonight. Also never got my sweet tea.
