They will tell you an order will be done on a certain date, then ignore you when that date comes and goes. You will get excuses on why the order wasn’t completed once they finally do answer, then the process will repeat it’s self. I was originally told 3-4 days on my order and after 5 weeks of spotty communication and the order not even being started, I just told them to forget about it. I will NEVER use this place again and will steer everyone away from them.
