I only wish I could give ZERO stars!! This is the absolute worst service I have EVER had!! I have called and talked to representatives and was basically told if I don't like paying for aervice I'm not getting, to go somewhere else. I have a hotspot that is not working, I called technical support and was told to bring the Hotspot to the Cspire store. I looked it up and Google says it's open 9-7pm today. I just arrived and it is completely closed. No one updated their hours! I hate this company so much but I'm stuck with this GARBAGE for 2 F_CKING years!
