Shoe Dept. Encore

Im a paraplegic in a wheelchair i had a very pleasant visit to Shoe Dept. Encore, located in Turtle Creek Mall Hattiesburg Ms. I was greeted upon entering the Store. The associate ask is it anything i can help you with, i quickly responded yes boys big kid shoes. I was informed exactly were to go and what section. I purchased 3 pair of shoes that day. My check-out was also pleasant the cashier ask are you paying with cash or card i said card and she prompt me with i can check you out right here. Yes i will be coming back to this store again.

I would not recommend shopping here at all . The short lady which I think is the head manger of the store is EXTREMELY rude , arrogant and very discriminative . I have even heard several workers talking about how badly she treats them and the next thing you know they are no longer working there . I even over heard her tell a customer that they don’t know what they are talking about , she said “I am the manager and I know that you have no idea what you are talking about” I just thought that was a very rude way to talk to a customer . And also there is a lady with glasses that’s at the register sometimes and she is also very rude , always slamming your items down and taking her bad day out on the customers . It’s terrible and I would definitely not recommend shopping in Shoe Department

Very rude employees. Was wanting to try and do a return so I walked up to the cash register (not a single welcome or how can I help you) and had to get there attention. 3 employees were standing behind the cash register just talking. Acted like I didn’t exist till I said something. It’s funny because the customers are the ones that pay their checks. Got frustrated with them so I just walked out. I usually have visits there, but this time that was not the case.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and one of the shoes were dirty. The sales clerk Alex was helpful and asked if she could clean it for me. I was thinking discount. She went and got her manager Jasmine. Jasmine had the worst attitude. She discounted the shoes but was very rude!!! Alex was great tho!

The employees had the nastiest attitudes. The cashier left to go get the second shoe, all shoes only have one in a box on the floor, so I went to look at clearance. She came back stared at me a while. When I got to the register she pretended not to see me for a few seconds then pulled the shoes I as ked for from under the register. The employee on the floor had a horrible attitude also. Slamming boxes around. I asked her one question and she answered as if I was bothering her. Terrible!
