I had an oophorectomy yesterday and I have to say this is the nicest hospital. The staff has been so great to me. Everyone from the anesthesiology, food service, nurse's, and everyone in between. Thank y'all for your kindness and cleanliness.

Fantastic experience. Kindest staff with your best interest at the forefront. I had back surgery and didn’t leave with questions...from medication (used hospital pharmacy) to how to care for my incision ( and everything in between) and everything in between.nLaura French Morrow

Got me in and did everything they needed to get the right diagnosis within a timely manner. I was dealing with stomach pains when I came in and they gave me meds to help during the testing. Absolutely good decent folks saving lives here.

This facility has the most amazing staff very cheerful and well educated. The facility and chambers are very well taken care of, very clean. I went into the chamber after I had my wisdom tooth removed, it helped with the pain and swelling.

THIS REVIEW WOULD BE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. Our family member has been in this hospital for 6 days and we are still waiting for a call back from the doctor regarding status of condition. We called on Friday to see if visiting was allowed and we were told yes. Next day, we did the 2 hour drive to see our family member and upon arrival was told by reception that visiting was not allowed due to COVID-19 testing and results had not been received yet. This is certainly understandable but we could have been given the correct information when we called the day before. We also understand that these are unprecedented times and the COVID-19 testing needed to be done as a standard for all hospital patients - anticipating results within 2 - 3 days. Becky - the so called Nurse - did not have a clue about our family member’s condition. Becky was sure about being the Nurse in charge of our family member but clearly did not know the overall condition or specifics of the case. Becky’s “nursing skills” are best described as rude and unprofessional. If it was her family member in the hospital, would she want at the very least basic information on patient condition/status and compassion from the attending hospital staff? Would Becky be good with attending hospital staff speaking over her questions, interrupting her and hanging up on her? It’s been 6 days since this nightmare began and still we have no response on how our family member is doing or what’s next. We hope to be allowed to visit very soon. We also hope that proper treatment and care is being given and our family member’s condition is improving. Under no circumstances in the future would we recommend this facility to anyone.
