Huddle House

They are very busy and packed, so it took awhile to be approached and served. Our order got lost, so the wait was longer than usual, but the food was very good, the waitress friendly, and the manager discounted our ticket to make it right. We had time to spare and were not in a rush, so it all worked out well. It was a pleasant experience and we had the opportunity to enjoy the food and each other's company.

My husband and I met our son and his gf here for breakfast. We ordered 4 meals. 3 meals were brought to table 30 minutes after we ordered. The waitress put my order back to the kitchen again. My family waited 15 minutes to begin eating their food waiting on my order. The waitress again put my order back to the kitchen. My son gf ordered strawberry French toast. Waitress bright out regular French toast. Said they were out of strawberry. No syrup. By this time their meals are cold. I never got my food after another 30 minutes of waiting. We ask to speak to a manager. They have no manager. My husband speaks to a man on the phone that says he's over 10 stores. He knows there is no manager yet he's not there. Other people in restuarant were needing a manager about their orders because their orders were wrong. Other customers were getting up and leaving. One of the waitresses was very rude. The atmosphere was not good. This place needs some serious cleaning up. The owner needs to be there if there's no manager. It was Chaotic. We left and went to McDonald's.

I just left from there. Management. I had a bad experience with you shop. I order my food to go. A simple loaded chilly. I ordered it with out the jalapeno. I sat there for NEARLY 15 MINUTES to get a simple bowl of chilly. But thats not all. Five people came in after me. One black lady who ordered out, a black couple who were seated and and two older white men for I'm 55 and can be considered a senior. Now why did one of the older white men get served before me who ordered a full plate a omelet with a side of meat and the whole 10 yards with a first down on the same play. I'm here waiting to see who else. I noticed other people were getting served then the black lady who ordered out came back to see if her food was ready and while they went to retrieve her order. I guess they figured my order was ready at that point. I got my chilly, staff not even apologetic for my inconvenience, mind you other restaurants were in walking distance and I guess that's the price I paid for laziness. I took my food back to my truck and what do you know? My food is cold and they cooked it with the Frick Fracking jalapenos in it. YOUR SERVICE IS LOUSY! Howbeit, as I observed the other people in this surroundings. I don't believe you all can rise to the occasion of true customer satisfaction. Perception is in the eye of the beholder and please don't measure good service with your environment. I seen enough from and goodnight, I will never pick a assignment from this side of Mississippi again!

I am changing my 5 star review not because of the food but because the staff there wears there masks down buy their necks and talks over your food. People are dying left and right and the complete disregard to the mask policy is truly ignorant. The owner needs to check their employees. The mask needs to cover your mouth and nose, not be wore around your neck! especially when serving my 75 year old father. Won't be coming back again.

The wait staff was nice, friendly and very helpful and the food was amazing, loved every bite
