Never been before. Three me off when we were asked real or plastic silverware. Clean and meat. Seated right away. Big menu. Ordered fried mushrooms they came out overcooked. Waiter took them back brought out nicely fried one. Substitutions were made easy. My husband had the shrimp poorboy with fries. There was an amazing amount of fried shrimp! Seriously! I had the fried pork chops with fries and la beans. When it came to the table it was stacked! Two very large pork chops and fries and a little bowl of lima beans. I love lama beans be but these had way to much garlic for my taste someone else may love them. Took three boxes of food he.

Always a pleasant experience. Food quality and taste great. A little bit pricey but not ridiculous. Clean dining and restrooms. Staff above average knowledge of kitchen abilities. Thank you for the dinning experience

This restaurant is great. That said, the quality of their catfish has plummeted since Corona hit. It seems like since Corona is here, businesses just decide they come skip out on some things. I’ll be getting something different next time, because all the other things they have are very good.

WOW!! Let me just say the food was SO GOOD. Definitely on the pricier end of town but it was well worth it. Fried Pecan pie, classic southern dessert. Stuffed crab red fish was my favorite

This place has a very inconvenient policy requesting that any party 10+ has to be all on one ticket. I had a party of 12, but they did not help us find an efficient way to all pay separate tickets. Therefore, we decided to separate into 2 groups of 6, sitting at two completely different tables. Separating allowed us to officially break up into two new parties of 6. While reading the menu, I noticed another policy stating that a party of 8+ has to pay 18% gratuity. But lucky for us, or so I thought, we are now free from that gratuity, being a party of only 6. Our tickets came, and we all noticed that we were charged the 18% gratuity. I discussed with manager how neither policy corresponded with the other given our situation, but he never gave a clear answer or helped resolve the issue at hand. Therefore, I was charged as a party of 12, but was not able to experience Chesterfield’s with my full party of 12. For this reason, I will more than likely not return, and I encourage you to not exceed a party of 4-5 to be safe with all of their confusing, dysfunctional, and irrational policies.
