I am EXTREMELY disappointed with our visit. We stopped on the way back to the coast for a bite to eat. We have 4 adults and 3 children (9 and under). Once inside and walking to a table the lady informs us that there cannot be more than 6 people at a table putting us one person over the limit. At this point I realized another table right behind us had EIGHT PEOPLE around the one table (6 adults and 2 children). Even with this pointed out she stated regulations would not allow her to sit us at one table and we had to split up into two tables. Had we been 7 adults I would understand, but we had FOUR adults with the other 3 being young children. It is hypocritical to enforce that “rule” on us when other customers were clearly not forced to follow this. Add to that that it took over 45 minutes to get our order with a restaurant not even half full, three of the orders were incorrect, and one order was not brought out until 15 mins after all the others due to that meal being given to the wrong table. I would not recommend this location to anyone and we will not be back.
We got seated right away. But the server came over after a good bit and only took half the drink order then we had to wait another good while before her to come back. Food was not hot I think it was a little too much and very few servers
Great place to get lunch! They understand you have to go back to work, so they get your food out quickly and I never ran out of tea. They even give you to-go cups.
Dining room was just about empty when we arrived at 7:45pm. Had to wait to be seated.nServer seated us at booth and told it was available because the previous customer didn't want to wait for their food and walked out. The server then proceeded to tell us that they were short handed, only had two servers. At 8:40 I am still waiting on my food.nThe staff has been turning away customers the whole time we were sitting there.nDefinitely not a way to run a business.
Let me start by saying that the servers are very nice and are doing a good job BUT they are very very short staffed and it’s honestly sad that the workers have to do so much and work so many hours at a time which makes the wait very long. Hire some more good workers! I would hate to see a great place like this go down!!
