Bruni Pediatric Clinic

At our 1st visit today, the nurse practitioner was excited and friendly. The nurses were all nice and sweet. The chick at the front with braids was very disrespectful and rude. She tried to make us feel like we didn't know what we were talking about. She was making facial expressions like she was frustrated with us. Then went to smacking her lips and rolling her eyes at us. At first we tried to blow it off and not cause a problem, but she insisted on trying to make us feel stupid. When we visited with the nurse and nurse practitioner it was pleasant and fun. She turned it back terrible when we went to check out. She got to the point of arguing with us. She was very unprofessional. She should not be the smiling face of this doctor's office. She supposed to be welcoming, warm and kind. She was extremely argumentative, confrontation, disrespectful and rude. My lady and I are contemplating on wether to return back to this office, because we do not want to ever have to deal with this type of person ever again. We hope they terminate her because she wasn't just having a bad day, she is really rude to people for no reason. We were in a good mood and having a good day too. 5 stars for everyone else. I hope one of the Doctors or nurse practitioner call me. Sincerely, Weston Howell.

Best pediatrician I have ever been to 11/10 rating he treats everyone like family. I am so thankful to have him in my area.

Dr. Bruni was my fathers pediatrician, my mother in laws, mine and my husbands, and now my sons. I’d recommend him to anyone! Such a gifted, smart man with a passion for his job. Love him like family because that’s exactly how he treats his patients.

Dr. Ron took care of all 3 of my children (who are now adults) from birth to age 18, and I trust him without reservation. His son, Dr. Tim, has been his partner for several years now and is also wonderful! I highly recommend this pediatric clinic! The doctors, nurses, and staff are all outstanding!

I literally love this Doctor and the Nurses! Within the 3 times my children were sick, and it was after hours, they were fantastic!! They call me first thing in the morning to make sure my girls are okay! We moved to Diberville, & I was thinking about switching, but then I thought back to how awesome they are,& decided to stay!!! If you're looking for a pediatrician, I would strongly recommend Bruni Pediatrics! !!
