This was my first time coming here. It took a while b4 we were ready for our table but I must admit it was worth the wait. Our waiter was nice & courteous. The food was definitely on point & prepared exactly how it was ordered. We were very satisfied with everything & most certainly will be back again. Put this spot on your to-do list...

Ken was a fantastic server. He stayed upbeat and got us everything we needed and fixed anything that was wrong. Food took some time but that's expected and obviously not his fault, and the cooks can only do so much when orders are being thrown at them left and right. Workers seem sweet and personally I have no complaints. Once again, Ken did amazing and I hope he gets the tips he deserves.

The place was clean and inviting. The hostess area and people were prompt and courteous. Our waitress, Marianne, was fun and knowledgeable and on top of every little thing. She made our experience there way better than any other HARD ROCK CAFE I've been to and there's been so many. Food was really good and drinks were the topper. I'll be back and bring my friends and family too.

Where to start. Took 45 min just to check in. Room was mediocre. Our whole floor smelled of mildew and they had fans in the hallways. One elevator was disgusting someone dropped chicken on the floor and it wasn't cleaned for a while. Casino was boring. The cafe is really small and it's not the full menu. We eneded up eating at Half Shell Oyster House and it was AMAZING! Best part of our stay. There was construction going on at all times. Was woken up at 7am by a jackhammer was not fun. Wont return.

I was disappointed in the comp room that they had given us for two nights. The room itself was outdated. There were hardly any amenities in the room that you would expect to have even if you were staying at a two star hotel... And I'm just talking about the basics here like shampoo, conditioner, ect.. There was nothing in the room to be of any help if you wanted to see what was on TV, which was just your basic channels. There wasn't any type of entertainment guide, or a casino guide. There was no microwave, or room service or a directory for the hotel itself. So apparently they offer their guests no services of any kind. You pay a $50 deposit a night on the room and that's what you get, a room... Your there to gamble and that's what is expected... Needless to say I didn't gamble... And I won't be back.
