Mugshots Grill & Bar

We have been to several Mugshots and even ate at this one previously -- not sure what changed but my burger was so bland. The hamburger meat seemed as though it was fried in a skillet with no seasonings, not even salt or pepper. I hope someone from Mugshots reads this review and looks into how the burgers are being cooked so they will be better in the future. Overall, I like Mugshots but they need to raise the standard.

My wife and I ate lunch today. We started with an appetizer platter consisting of fried pickles, chicken tenders and Southwest egg rolls. We split the A1 burger with fries. Every thing was fantastic. My wife and I agreed that the burger was the best we've had in a long time. The service was terrific. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful.

I sat at the bar and waited with an empty beer mug more than once. I purposefully sit at a bar for typically better service. Bartender was very kind, but busier talking to obvious regulars. Ordered a burger and fries. They were good, and slightly better than most burger places. Not sure that I will go again.

Great food and great service!

Service was excellent! The food was outstanding! I was barely able to finish the steak burger. A lot of food for what you pay.
