Family First Clinic of Clarksdale

Dallas and all the doctors there take time with their patients. I went in there with questions about my health and Dr Dallas Maxell Earnest took the time to hear all of my concerns. I was not rushed at all. They are the best!!!!

My daughter and I went to the clinic on yesterday. I been going there since they open and yesterday was my daughter first time. We sat in the waiting area almost 3 hours get to theback to see that Dr. Haynes wasn't there,an intern walk in did ask permission mind you already feel terrible.We had to repeat what was wrong 3 times. Dallas came in nevet seen her but heard of her after my experience with her. Her bed side manners was HORRIBLE. She check me and got some labs and Dallas said nothing on her way out she said we will call you tomorrow about your labs. I looked at my daughter and we both said she didn't say nothing about our exam. So I went to the receptionist and said I feel terrible and I want a shot. I was called back and was givin a shot. Then said ( Dallas) I didn't know you wanted a shot or meds sent to the drugstore. Moral of the story I will NEVER. SEE DALLAS AS LONG AS SHE PRACTICE AT FAMILY FIRST. DR. HAYNES ROCKS AND I LOVE HER. THIS WAS MY FIRST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE.

It was a great visit everything went well

They have overcharged me and charged 20$ for one piece of paper a medical report I needed for my son and some pf the staff are very rude
