There is no lower rating or I will given it! My dad Milton Davis went in June 2nd or 7th 2016 with multiple health issues and was sent home, only to die hours later. It was founded out later by West Helen Corner that the hospital had diagnose him with sepsis and sent him home. We would have sued but caring for my mom and moving her back to Michigan was an priority.

I was here a couple years ago. ER was so, so slow & it wasn't because they were really busy. Everyone seemed to be in extreme slow motion, no hurry at all about anything. I was vomiting blood & had severe abdominal pain I was placed in ICU for the entire time I was there. My care there was fine...except for one male nurse. I don't remember his name, but he was a younger black man. Fine man I'm sure, but he sure had an attitude about numerous things. It seemed anything I asked a question about, or when I asked for pain medication, he had something smart elicit to say. I never understood why. No one else acted like that. Just no need for it.nI grew up in the midwest...my granny & aunt taught me how to cook...well. It was country cookin', great depression dishes, & dishes after they crawled out of the great depression. Nothing snobby about what we eat. Some of the food I had here wasn't too bad, I was surprised, that's not typical for hospitals lol. I asked this young man what was for lunch one day...it was smothered pork chops, corn casserole, & ?? whatever else. He got smart with me while I was eating. He insinuated that the food wasn't 'good enough for me'...because I'm from further north...that real southern food was beneath me or something. ?? I was shocked! I hadn't complained. I was actually pleased with their food in comparison to other hospital food I've had in the past. He told me to eat it all cuz I wouldn't be getting anything else. I never figured out what his issue was...why he felt I thought I was above southern food...or why he felt the need to have an attitude any time I asked for my pain medication....but if i ever find myself in this hospital again & he's still there & he's my nurse... I'll be asking him face to face. I'm kind to my nurses, drs, techs, etc. They're there to care for me. I left there irritated & confused only because of him, no one else.

Dr. Caesar and the labor and delivery department as well as the newborn nursery were amazing. They took excellent care of me and I was very well informed of every procedure taking place. The nurses in the NICU kept me updated on the progress of my premi & gave her so much love & attention! I'd highly recommend !

I went here two years ago for severe abdominal pain (I later learned it was a bad life threatening infection). I was in the waiting room in pain for four hours into the night, then a doctor came in and asked me three simple questions and walked out on me. Nothing further whatsoever. He stayed gone for thirty minutes and then a nurse came to give me a urine test and I got my results back, which was the wrong diagnosis and the prescription they gave me made my infection worse so I had to go to another hospital where I got proper tests and treatments and got better. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to die, get a wrong diagnosis with the high bill and so forth ud83dudc80 I could’ve died if I didn’t go elsewhere. Thanks a lot.

I was in the ER all night with my mom and the staff was the most caring, and amazing caregivers I’ve dealt with in a long time. They took the upmost care of my mom who had pneumonia and congestive heart.nTerry Steward made me feel better knowing he was doing everything possible to reassure me everything would come together.nThe Doctor did a great job on her before she went to ICU for more care. And Terry S. and staff made sure I got breakfast and that I was informed on everything they did and why they did it to my mom.nJust knowing this Hospital has employees like this ER, is a blessing. Thank You All!!
