Some lazy people at this place. Receptionists do not care at all. It’s like they hate to see you coming. One nurse is just there to read reports. She will not prescribe you anything. Not even an antibiotic. I see why no one ever is in the waiting room. Not because they’re quick. No one likes it there.
There was some confusion about my appointment date but they made it right. The staff I dealt with today are the kind you pray for. Overall I'm very satisfied with this Clinic and I've been to VA Clinics all over the state of MS.
They would not see me for back pain.
Some are OK here. A few just doesn't believe in returning calls. Appointments are sometimes confusing and I have been to 2 appointments they had to cancel after I arrived.
Courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic staff and professionals.
