Absolutely ridiculousnnThis bank is a joke, your card could be denied for a number of reasons on any website, one being that they don’t accept this kind of card, which is fine. What’s not fine is that without fail, this bank will freeze your account, and you have no way to open it if they’re closed.nnIt’s my money, it’s my account, if I think something is wrong, I will lock my card. Thank you knights, you saved me...from no one.nnUse a different bank.

Very disappointed in the service I received. The Vice President was very rude, would not even let me finish explaining what I needed before she cut me off. Then once she heard me situation she was very sorry, not helpful but sorry. Everyone deserves good customer service until they prove otherwise, I got terrible customer service and will tell everyone I know about the treatment I received at this Warrenton branch, if the Vice President is like this I can only imagine how the employees under her act and treat people.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've been doing business with the Missouri Bank for 40 years and have never had one regret. Kudos to the employees! Keep up the good work!
Everyone looks up and says hello when you walk in the bank. I have been a customer for 18 years and even when I call, I am Call vI am addressed by name. Very friendly
