The place to shop for my golfing needs. I worked with Paul on 2/4/21 getting fitted for the new Ping G425 Max Driver and Ping G425 irons. Paul was very helpful. Kudos to Manager Ted as well. Ted followed up on my Ping Irons order and kept me up to date. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

If you're getting fitted for equipment, ask for Robert. Robert is very knowledgable and he spent a good amount of time working with me to find the right setup. If you see a tall kid in a pink shirt, find someone else, because he cannot help you.

Honestly, and I mean honestly, this is the worst golf store in all of St. Louis County or St. Charles county. Staff is actually the worst. I have more fun going to the doctors than I do asking for any assistance at this store. I will never return or recommend.

I have a comparison story to share - of two Golf Galaxy stores located within a 15- minute drive of each other.nI dropped into store #1 just after it opened on a Monday morning. There were three employees grouped together just inside the entrance to the store. I said, “I’m looking for a quick favor. I need an empty cardboard box to store some old golf clubs in. Do you have any empty boxes in the back I could have?”nThe response at first was a blank look – then the three looked at each other. One finally said – we don’t give out boxes unless someone buys a club. I was amazed. I would have thought – just as an act of kindness and goodwill. The answer would at least be – “I’ll have to see if we have any empty boxes in the back”. Instead I basically got… nope.nMy family and I just happened to be at the Target store next to this Golf Galaxy. On a whim, I told my wife I’m going to run next door and get an empty golf club box. I thought it was a 10-minute detour - I’d be back before they finished their shopping. I was back quickly enough – empty handed and aggravated.nAfter we left Chesterfield Valley. We drove up to Des Peres to run another errand. Still irked over my earlier experience – I made a point to go into the Des Peres Golf Galaxy store. A young lady said “hi” as I walked in. I asked her the same question. She said “Sure… let me look in the back. Do you want a driver sized box?” I said “Shorter would be better, I’m looking to store some old irons, but any size would be fine.”nA few minutes later she came out with long rectangular (club) box. I thanked her kindly and went on my way.nWhich store is more likely to see my business in the future?nI hope you are not treated poorly or rudely at the Chesterfield Valley Golf Galaxy – but based on my experience and multiple other Google reviews. You can’t say you weren’t warned.

We ordered PING clubs from Golf Galaxy on August 14. My wife called and they said they would call back to give update. No call back and no clubs. It is now September 26....over 6 weeks. They are too big to take care of your needs. I would suggest going to a smaller company. PING controls the price anyway.
