First time to Big River and won’t be the last. Nathan took time to learn my foot concerns, measure my feet and used his knowledge to match the perfect shoe!nFeet have never felt as good. Lots more walking miles in my future. Thank you Big River!!!!

Fantastic service. I went here to finally get a nice pair of running shoes which had to be ordered and delivered to my home. I bought some inserts as well. When the shoes arrived I tried them on after putting in the inserts and they felt so, so tight. Much tighter than the shoes I tried in store. I headed to the store thinking I needed a bigger size or to return, but I am really incredibly stupid and didn't take out the original inserts before putting in the new inserts. So I was mortified and can never show my face there again, but highly recommend this place to everyone else!

Chelsea was the best help. She made sure that I got what I wanted and needed. Would definitely recommend shopping there. I didn't even know about a discount they offered and she added it!

I tried on several pairs of shoes today and received excellent service. Ezra was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and helpful with my decision. They had a great selection of shoes to choose from and the service was superb.
