Cobblestone Quality Shoe Repair

I bought some amazing Freebird boots, when I got them they were too tight on my calves. I took them to Cobblestone and he stretched them for me! Now they fit perfectly! Great friendly service and excellent quality work! Thank you!

Greg has repaired a variety of footwear for me: Replacing medium-quality factory soles with high-quality while maintaining the aesthetic of the shoes(Gordon Rush), Narrowing the uppers of some tall (Frye) boots, Reconditioning some older hand-sewn (Red Wing) shoes, and Intensive repairs when a shank broke. In each case he has been patient with my curious discussion, open with stating his expected results, and communicated clearly over the phone and email. Consistent quality results that let me get more enjoyment and use out of my shoes! If you need some shoe work, don't procrastinate, just stop in to discuss it so you can wear them again.

I brought in a pair of shoes for my wife for repair (the shoes that is). Greg said perhaps it would be less expensive than his repair cost. I brought the shoes back home and my wife said to get them fixed. Greg had them for a while because he had to order special shoe parts he did not expect to need. He let me know about it and since we were not in a hurry, he fixed them after the parts arrived. They were beautiful after he had repaired them. He removed the salt stains from the leather as well. My wife wore them the next day and was incredibly pleased with the job Greg had done. I was there today to buy good quality shoelaces and shoe polish. I would have normally gone to big box store for a lower price but poorer quality products. He's great and it's wonderful he is local and an independant shop keeper.

Greg went above and beyond restoring my wife's worn down boots. He was honest and up front about the state of them and what to expect. Not a lot of businesses like this out there. I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend anyone looking to get their shoes worked on to at least talk to Greg, you'll be happy you did.

He was very nice and didn't have to get my shoe fixed just added some wholes.
