We love this store! We try to shop local whenever possible. We are new puppy owners and had first tried to find what we need at the big box store down the street. But when I asked for help, a clerk just showed us the dog aisle and could offer no guidance. My in-laws have shopped at Pet Supplies Plus for a long time, so I tried there next. We have been happy customers for 6 months now and my daughter already has plans to take our rescue pup up to PSP on his birthday for a bakery treat.
This is a family-owned franchise where I've been shopping for many years now. The employees are always super friendly and helpful and they can give you some good advice about your pet's. They also offer special services such as a dog wash area and basic veterinary services on specific Sundays each month.
I don't usually review places online. I feel if you have an issue or concern (positive or negative) you should handle it in person. But EVERY person at this store is fantastic. I've shopped the Ballwin location for years and every visit you are greeted and asked if there is anything they can help you with. I want to say WAY TO GO Pet Supies Plus team of Ballwin. You guys really know how to treat your customers.
This is a wonderful store with great employees and service! I like to buy local and they do amazing customer service. Curbside has been a such a plus this past year. Thank you folks at Pet Supplies Plus.
Emily was awesome! She was a great help with our fish tank. We were trying to get a new community tank started and she helped with all the questions!
